‘I love what I do
and do what I love’
Since early childhood, I have been inspired by the complexity of the human being.
Born in a small town in south Germany, I am intrigued by nature, animals, and people. At an early age, I developed skills in helping others overcome their challenges. My interest in children, adolescents, people of all ages and their stories guided me to discover more about myself. Questions arise about how we can find our purpose in life, peace, happiness and joy.
These questions sparked my passion for meditation, mindfulness and Systemic Constellation, which transformed my life. The deep desire of self discovery, how the mind works, and to find true meaning in life compelled me to visit retreats and meditation centers in Europe and the US. Many years of studying and practicing meditation, breathwork, body awareness, and mindfulness techniques followed.
I have a dedicated background in mindfulness/meditation practice for nearly twenty-five years, and have taught workshops and retreats for youth and adults across the US since 2000.
I’m often deeply touched by the profound and positive impact Mindfulness can make in everyone’s life. When people and companies showed interest in my work, I started my own business. Now, I coach professionals and individuals to grow and maximize their strengths, reach their potential, and achieve results.
I provide trainings and workshops in mindfulness, social emotional learning, meditation, Tai Chi, Systemic Constellation work and TRE® (Tension, Stress, and Trauma Release) for businesses and individuals.
Improving my community is a vital part of who I am. As a consultant, I donate volunteer time and part of my profits to worthy causes.
My intention is to help and coach people in making positive, lasting changes.
I love what I do and do what I love.
