Welcome the present Moment as if you had invited it.
Why?
Because it is all we ever have.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment.

Mindfulness involves acceptance. Accepting what is in this moment, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing, that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. We learn to just be with our experience.

When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing right now rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future – we enter into the presence of the Heart.
